Crispy and delicious tortilla pizza with Serrano ham – an easy and quick everyday favorite! The crispy tortilla base is topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh arugula, and salty, flavorful Serrano ham. Perfect as a light dinner or as a snack for guests. Ready in under 20 minutes!

Tortilla Pizza with Serrano Ham

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 100 g arugula
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix tomato paste with spices, pressed garlic, and a little salt
  2. Spread the tomato sauce on the tortillas
  3. Slice the mozzarella and distribute on top of the tomato sauce
  4. Preheat the oven to 230°C (fan) and bake the tortilla pizzas for 5 minutes
  5. Distribute the ham on the pizzas and bake for an additional 3 minutes
  6. Top with arugula and Parmesan cheese
