Puff Pastry Apples
Get into the autumn spirit with these incredibly easy small apple snacks wrapped in delicious puff pastry and cinnamon sugar. The number of strips and slices of apples naturally depends on the size of the apple. The slices of apple can be somewhat thick, so if there are enough for 7 thick slices, simply cut your puff pastry into 14 strips.

Instructions
Cut the puff pastry into about 12 strips along the short side
Cut the apple into 6 slices and make a hole in the middle, e.g., with a piping nozzle
Mix sugar with cinnamon, and thoroughly coat each apple slice in the cinnamon sugar
Twist the puff pastry strips around the apple through the hole, using about 2 strips per apple slice
Brush the apples with a little milk and sprinkle a bit more cinnamon sugar on top
Bake the puff pastry apples for 10 - 15 minutes at 180°C fan oven
