Instructions
Cook the rice. Use 150 ml of water for every 100 ml of rice. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
Slice the avocado, carrot, radishes, and mango.
Heat the torpedo shrimp according to the package instructions.
Divide the rice into bowls and top with avocado, carrot, radishes, mango, edamame beans, and torpedo shrimp.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with chili mayo.
