Pigs In A Blanket

Cooking time: 80 minutes
Servings: 20

The dough for these pigs in a blanket is super delicious and soft because it contains honey. It's quick and easy to make, and you'll get the most delicious sausage rolls, perfect for a packed lunch. The sausage rolls can also be frozen, so they're always ready to take with you. If you prefer sausage rolls without ketchup, it can easily be omitted. Try with French hotdog dressing instead.

Maltese Pastizzi

Pastizzi are a traditional snack in Malta and can be bought everywhere. They come filled with peas or ricotta. I fell in love with pastizzi in Malta and believe they should also be enjoyed in Denmark! They are super easy and quick to make and get a delicious crust from the crispy phyllo dough. Original pastizzi have an elongated shape, but I have chosen to make them as squares here.

Ciabatta Rolls

These ciabatta rolls have the classic airy crumb and crispy crust. It's a super delightful dough to work with once it has risen. The dough is made with tipo 00 wheat flour, which gives a silky smooth texture, and the slow rising with repeated folding creates the characteristic large air pockets.
