Meatballs
Mix the meat with all ingredients and refrigerate
Form small meatballs and fry them in a pan
Sauce
Chop onions and garlic, and sauté them in a sauté pan
Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and let simmer for 5 - 10 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and let simmer for 10 minutes until you have a creamy sauce
Cook the pasta al dente and then mix with the sauce and meatballs
Serve with freshly grated Grana Padano and basil
