Oatmeal Buns
The oatmeal buns need to rise overnight so they are ready to be baked for breakfast. The buns become deliciously airy and chewy and taste best with a good layer of butter.

The next day, shape 12 rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the buns with a tea towel and let them rise for 1 hour.
Once the buns have risen, sprinkle oatmeal over them and bake at 225°C (fan) for about 15 minutes.

My buttermilk buns are delicious and soft. They are easy to make and taste fantastic with butter and cheese or just on their own. The buttermilk gives them a lovely sweet flavor and a soft texture.
Granola
This granola is crispy, sweet, and spiced just the right way. It's filled with oats, seeds, and almonds, providing a good crunch, while the date syrup binds it all together with a natural sweetness.
