Grate the zest of the lemons
Cut the lemons in half and hollow them out with a spoon
Chop the lemon flesh and press the juice out through a sieve
Heat cream, sugar, and lemon zest over low heat in a saucepan until it begins to bubble
Add the lemon juice and stir
Pour the cream-lemon mixture into the lemon halves and place them in the freezer for 3 hours
