Homemade Pasta

Homemade pasta is truly delicious and incredibly easy, with only two ingredients! If you don't have a pasta machine, you can easily roll out the dough and then cut it into pasta. Use your homemade pasta in my delicious pasta dishes.

Homemade Pasta

Ingredients

  • 400 g tipo 00 flour
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Pour the flour onto a table and make a well in the center.
  2. Crack the eggs into the well and mix the flour in with a fork.
  3. Finally, knead the dough with your hands until it is uniform and smooth.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into two portions.
  6. Run each dough piece through a pasta machine for lasagna sheets, starting at the lowest setting and increasing to the desired thickness.
  7. Then run the lasagna sheets through the pasta cutter.
  8. Mix a little durum wheat flour into the finished pasta and separate them.
  9. Boil the fresh pasta in salted water for 5 minutes.
