Instructions
Fry the salsiccia until it has some color
Chop onions and garlic and add to the pan with thyme, oregano, and basil
Add chopped tomatoes and cream
Season with salt, pepper, and sugar
Let the sauce simmer for 10 - 15 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and pour it into an ovenproof dish
Spread mozzarella over the pasta and bake at 200°C conventional oven for 20 - 25 minutes until the cheese is golden
