Granola

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 15

This granola is crispy, sweet, and spiced just the right way. It's filled with oats, seeds, and almonds, providing a good crunch, while the date syrup binds it all together with a natural sweetness. The raisins are added at the end, offering a delightful fresh contrast. Perfect as a topping on yogurt, skyr, or just with milk.

  • 300 g rolled oats
  • 75 g pumpkin seeds
  • 75 g sunflower seeds

  • 100 g date syrup (or regular syrup/honey)
  • 1 small tsp salt
