Preheat the oven to 160°C fan (or 175°C conventional oven)
Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl
Pour the date syrup over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until everything is coated
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake the granola in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes
Stir it 2 - 3 times during baking to ensure it becomes crispy and doesn't burn
Let the granola cool completely, then mix in the raisins
Store the granola in an airtight container
