  • 800 g potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp coarse salt
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C fan
  2. Cut the potatoes into sticks and place them in a bowl with cold water for 30 minutes
  3. Dry the potatoes well with a tea towel
  4. Toss with oil, salt, and seasoning
  5. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer
  6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, turning halfway, until they are golden and crispy
