Falafels Wrap
Falafels are a delicious vegetarian dish filled with flavor and spices. They are often served with flatbread and tasty accompaniments. Here is a recipe for falafels and flatbread, so you can make everything from scratch. When blending the falafel mixture, you can either do it in a food processor or in several batches in a mini chopper. Ensure that the mixture becomes completely smooth and uniform.

Falafels
Drain the chickpeas and blend them together with onion, garlic, parsley, salt, chili flakes, cumin, and coriander.
Add breadcrumbs and eggs and blend together.
Shape the mixture into small patties and bake them in the oven at 200°C (conventional oven) for 20 - 25 minutes.
Flatbread
Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
Add salt and oil.
Gradually add the flour and knead the dough well.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll them out thinly into flatbreads.
Bake them on a dry pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve the falafels with flatbread, salad, tomato, cucumber, pickled red onions, avocado dressing, and optionally a dollop of hummus.
