Cut the chicken breasts into strips
Crush the cornflakes and mix them in a bowl with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Place flour in another bowl and beat the eggs in a third bowl
First, coat the chicken strips in flour, then in eggs, and finally in the cornflakes
Heat the oil in a small saucepan to 170°C (if you don't have one small enough for the oil, use more oil)
Place a few pieces of chicken in at a time and fry them until they are golden brown
Serve, for example, in fresh spring rolls, in burgers, or simply as a snack with dip
