Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar together
Add egg and continue beating
Add flour, baking soda, cocoa, vanilla sugar, and salt, and beat until a uniform dough forms
Fold white chocolate into the dough
Chill the dough for at least 1 hour
Shape balls with a tablespoon or ice cream scoop, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space as they will spread
Bake at 180°C conventional oven for 10 - 12 minutes
Remove cookies from the oven and immediately press the chocolate chips in
