Chicken Dumplings
Delicious homemade dumplings with juicy chicken filling and crispy pointed cabbage. They have a crispy bottom and are steamed to perfect consistency - ideal with soy or goma dressing.

Dough
Dissolve salt in the hot water and knead in the flour until it becomes a uniform dough
Let the dough rest for ½ hour
Filling
Mix minced chicken with finely sliced pointed cabbage and the remaining ingredients
Chill the filling
Dumplings
Roll the dough out thinly, either with a rolling pin or a pasta machine
Cut the dough into circles about 8 cm in diameter
Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle, brush the top half of the circle with water and
fold the dumplings in the desired manner
Then fry the dumplings in a hot pan with a little oil until they have a slight color on the bottom
Pour 1 dl water into the pan and cover the pan with a lid to steam them
Serve dumplings with, for example, soy sauce, goma dressing, toasted sesame, and spring onions
