Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add buttermilk and egg.
Add flour, melted butter, and salt, and knead the dough well.
Knead the dough in a mixer or with dough hooks until it is uniform and smooth.
Let the dough rise covered for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll them into buns.
Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let them rise for another hour.
Brush them with water or egg and bake them at 200°C (conventional oven) for 15 minutes.
